Mr. Qiu has over 25 years of experience in the financial services and management. He has extensive international work experience including Singapore, Canada, Hong Kong, Mainland Chian, U.S. and UK. Mr. Qiu has abundant experience in board leadership in listed companies.

Mr. Qiu holds a MBA degree from the University of Western Ontario, Canada, a MPhil. degree from the University of Hong Kong, a Bachelor degree from Nankai University, China. He obtained CFA and CFP in Canada in 2004.
Mr SUN is the Chairman and CEO of the Company. He was first appointed as a Director of the Company on 30 April 2018 and appointed Executive Director on 23 March 2020. Mr Sun has more than 25 years of investment and management experience, specializing in M&A. He has focused his business operation mainly in Greater China Region, Singapore, USA, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, covering a variety of areas including high technology, pharmaceuticals, electronics, real estate, natural resources, chemical and food & beverage industries.
Mr Sun has been largely instrumental in promoting the networking, cooperation and collaboration in areas of economic, educational and cultural exchanges between China and several Southeast Asian countries.
Mr Sun servers as the Executive Director and CEO of China Capital Impetus Asset Management Pte Ltd, Executive Director of MTBL Global Fund (f.k.a. New Impetus Strategy Fund). He also holds Non-Executive Director of The Place Holdings Limited (E27, a Singapore Mainboard Listed Company).
Mr Sun holds his EMBA from Tsinghua University and Bachelor of Engineering from Beijing University of Technology.
Dr TAN is Associate Professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP), National University of Singapore (NUS). He is also the Chairman of the Singapore National Committee for Pacific Economic Cooperation
Dr Tan has consulted extensively with the various government ministries, statutory boards and government linked companies and he has also served as a consultant to international agencies such as the Asian Development Bank, Asian Development Bank Institute, United Nations Industrial Development Group, World Bank Group, World Gold Council, ASEAN Secretariat, Central Policy Unit of Hong Kong, Kerzner International, Las Vegas Sands and Marina Bay Sands.
Dr Tan holds PhD from University of East Anglia, England and is the lead author for more than 20 books, serving as journal editors and published widely in international refereed journals.
Mr SIOW is an Independent Director of the Group and was first appointed on 19 February 2021. He is a member of the Audit, Nominating and Remuneration Committees. Mr Siow graduated from the University of Warwick, England, with a Master of Business Administration. He qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant and is a non-practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants Administration.
Mr. Luke is a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director and was appointed on 28 May 2004. Luke has more than 20 years experience in complex and hign-value international commerical transactions. Luke's practive involves a wide range of operational and financial restructuring and advisory work, with a particular focus on special situations.

Mr.CHUA has vast experience with solid sales and marketing background in multi-national liquor & beverage companies like Diageo, MoetHennessy, and Remy Cointreau, etc.
Mr Chua possessis in-depth regional experience in Asian markets such as Vietnam, Cambodia, Taiwan, PRC, Hong Kong and Singapore as well as extensive business network across the region. He has proven effective in strategy development and execution in highly complex market environments and is highly regarded in the food and beverage industry.
Mr Chua holds MBA from the University of Hull, United Kingdom, and Bachelor in Social Science (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (NUS) as well as BA (Nanyang Technological University of Singapore).
Ms. Chong joined the Group in December 2024. She is responsible for the Group’s financial accounting and reporting functions including accounting, internal controls, financial and management reporting, capital management, tax, compliance and merger and acquisition. Prior to joining the Group, she was the Financial Controller of LHN Limited, a company listed on the SGX-ST’s MainBoard, where she took on similar responsibilities. She started her career in auditing with a public accounting firm.
Ms. Chong holds Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Accounting and finance from University of London. She is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountant and a member of the Associate of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Micheal joined the Group in May 2023 and brings with him more than 3 decades of experience in the liquor industry. He has managed top selling brands that includes Absolut Vodka, The Macallan Whiskey, Piper and Charles Heidsieck Champagne, Remy Martin VSOP and XO and Louis Xlll.
As Regional Sales Director at Remy Cointreau International, Michael was instrumental in the success and development of the Company's products for the South East Asia Region and was presented with the prestigious Global Excellent Customer Service Award.
His success and wealth of experience particularly in the arena of Global Travel Retail is well recognised and respected by his peers in the industry.
Ms. Shi joined the Group in Oct 2020. She assists joint CEOs to manage day-to-day administrative and all operational functions of the Group.
Ms. Shi has more than 15+ years professional experience with C-Suite Management across Design Architect, Construction, Marine offshore business sectors.
She is a seasoned and dedicated team leader with extensive experience in corporate strategy, business operation, office human resource management.
Ms. Shi holds the Bachelor of Arts in China and diploma of Human Resource Management in Singapore.
