Mr.CHUA has vast experience with solid sales and marketing background in multi-national liquor & beverage companies like Diageo, MoetHennessy, and Remy Cointreau, etc.
Mr Chua possessis in-depth regional experience in Asian markets such as Vietnam, Cambodia, Taiwan, PRC, Hong Kong and Singapore as well as extensive business network across the region. He has proven effective in strategy development and execution in highly complex market environments and is highly regarded in the food and beverage industry.
Mr Chua holds MBA from the University of Hull, United Kingdom, and Bachelor in Social Science (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (NUS) as well as BA (Nanyang Technological University of Singapore).
Ms. Chong joined the Group in December 2024. She is responsible for the Group’s financial accounting and reporting functions including accounting, internal controls, financial and management reporting, capital management, tax, compliance and merger and acquisition. Prior to joining the Group, she was the Financial Controller of LHN Limited, a company listed on the SGX-ST’s MainBoard, where she took on similar responsibilities. She started her career in auditing with a public accounting firm.
Ms. Chong holds Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Accounting and finance from University of London. She is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountant and a member of the Associate of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Micheal joined the Group in May 2023 and brings with him more than 3 decades of experience in the liquor industry. He has managed top selling brands that includes Absolut Vodka, The Macallan Whiskey, Piper and Charles Heidsieck Champagne, Remy Martin VSOP and XO and Louis Xlll.
As Regional Sales Director at Remy Cointreau International, Michael was instrumental in the success and development of the Company's products for the South East Asia Region and was presented with the prestigious Global Excellent Customer Service Award.
His success and wealth of experience particularly in the arena of Global Travel Retail is well recognised and respected by his peers in the industry.
Ms. Shi joined the Group in Oct 2020. She assists joint CEOs to manage day-to-day administrative and all operational functions of the Group.
Ms. Shi has more than 15+ years professional experience with C-Suite Management across Design Architect, Construction, Marine offshore business sectors.
She is a seasoned and dedicated team leader with extensive experience in corporate strategy, business operation, office human resource management.
Ms. Shi holds the Bachelor of Arts in China and diploma of Human Resource Management in Singapore.
